SFI brings in vertical swim trainers at SAI NCOE (Delhi). VSTs help challenge dynamic balance and trunk stability through the complete stroke cycle. Swimmers will greatly benefit by integrating VSTs into their daily dry land program. Thank You SAI for the support to swimming!
